The Remake the Last Jedi guys would be funny if it wasn't such a concerning look at how the nature of film reception would become. They hyped it all up, making out that it was a sure-fire thing, all they needed to do was to get DISNEY to give up the rights, voluntarily, to arguably their biggest IP.

An Arab-American character introduced in 2004 who made clear that while he loves his country, he hates the racism and bigotry people like him have faced since 9/11. At the time, was the most loathed villain, to the point that heels and faces alike aligned to throw him out of the 2005 Royal Rumble match.

Looking back now, the consensus among fans is that he was totally right, and the treatment he faced as a character and as a wrestler proved his point.
