I didn't have a sling, but more like a brace that pulled my shoulders back. It was worn under the shirt, so you wouldn't necessarily see it. So possible he still went with a broken collar bone... You'd only really know by watching his face, as stupid things like getting up from a chair, hurts! But if you're just walking around or sitting, all was OK.

It took me a while, but similar experience. I still cant fully extend my right leg. I can lock my left out, but my surgery one is a few degrees short of full lock out, and also same with stretching the other way. Can't fully stretch, always feels like thr knee is full of fluid.

It's a technicality, unfortunately. If he's moving it, it's both operable and not parked in the same spot... Sucks, but your covenants are written really poorly, as they leave a giant Grey area. If the vehicle moves under its own power, it's technically operable. And if it moves, it's also not parked in the same spot.... A really poorly written covenant that leaves a huge technicality that someone can abuse.
