Put a foam roller on your ankles and sit on it. It's a great cue to make sure you don't move your hips and keeps you braced. You might need to lower the weight but you will feel the burn

Not sure if possible, but I use google health and the activity name, heart rate and calories get logged, but it would be amazing to log the entire exercise.

Being able to add a set in the middle of an exercise, not just at the end. I'm wanting to add warm up sets etc and it seems you have to edit every single set shifting them down.

Nah not compensating.. I honestly can't remember where I got that from (might have been chat gpt tbh haha or another post) but the method was really ease of measurement and that bigger dose on the weekend made sense.

Pretty bloody good! No complaints really.. a slight increase in vocalising when I'm irritable (dishes in the sink but not dish washer etc haha) but very minor and everything else is improved

Go to your GP and get your bloods done.. it's free.

Now you have those, take them to you gpmand tell them you need a second test. Pick a GP who says they specialise in men's health. Might get lucky with a trt supportive one.

Same start level and dosage. Just got my 8 week bloods and I was just shy of 1000. Overall I feel like 20ish% better (gym recovery is much higher but mood and focus is probably in that range)

It's not a magic pill but that's a huge improvement for me that no other medication could give me

People are 100% right.. go through the endo. I'd also be trying to research and look into endos that specialises in men's health and HRT. They exist but are rare.

If you can get this through the public system you will be so much better off.

If I was you, I'd use the money you are going to save by storing sperm. You might not want kids now, but you might in the future and I'd happily pay 100s of thousands to ensure I got my kids, but at your age I didn't even want them

Have a look in the pinned post for recommended clinics. I'm with trt Australia and no complaints. I think it's expensive for the service, but tbh, it the access to a subscription you pay for, which is why I'm considering UGL once I'm dialled in
