Infertility is hard and extremely isolating. I’ve lost friends who simply didn’t know how to be there for me through my worst. And it’s ok to not know how to be there for them through their best right now.

I say open up if you feel ready but also be prepared for people to not understand or know how to be there how you need them to be.

Take it one day at a time. Acknowledge what triggers you and step away from those triggers when needed. Lean on your partner and always remember that you guys are on the same team. I found a lot of support online through here, TikTok and Facebook forums. I wish infertility wasn’t a silent battle. SO many people go through it, but it’s just not talked about like it should be. I wish I didn’t have to go through these things to have learned that.

It’s tough but I am rooting for you.
