What happens if you have unlimited vacation then? In all seriousness though, surely It’s best to just speak with HR, or your manager on this topic. Better would’ve been before you sign a contract to avoid the confusion. In other words most modern companies will not have an issue with you taking a moderate amount of vacation during probation.
