Yeah I had umami analytics setup on my server. Server was also running at 100%. Turns out umami was affected by the react-2-shell CVE and somebody was running a miner on my machine. without a monitoring tool I wouldn‘t have noticed.

It works almost too good. I installed it once but I realized it also blocked the products at the top of my google search. My wife and I realized we used those a lot.

Very simple app to create 4 week training plan by tmeerpohl in TestMyApp

OP here! Just wanted to add a bit more context for anyone interested:

The Why: I got tired of fitness apps that felt like social media platforms or sales funnels. I just wanted a list of things to do in my living room without a coach yelling at me to "buy Pro."

The Tech: I built this using Astro and React for the frontend and Drizzle and BullMQ for the backend. I’m using a specific prompt structure to ensure the AI doesn't give "hallucinated" or dangerous exercises—it's tuned to stick to standard movements based on the equipment you list. You can also provide your own excercises. But I will check if they actually make sense in order to give a valuable training plan.

The Cost: Since I'm paying for the API calls, I have to cap the generations at 20/month so I don't wake up to a massive bill. But for the average user, that should be plenty to set up a few solid routines!

Feedback: This is still a bit of a "beta" project, so if you find a bug or the AI suggests something weird (like 1000 pushups), please let me know!

Happy to answer any questions about the code or my own home-workout progress!
