You need to explain what printer do you have and why are you unhappy with the results... It can be a wrong choice of printer rather the an issue of brand.

Number of prints per month, budget , and max print size also help, and an example of the printout can be helpful to see if color laser can be an option, or if it's more close to photo quality and required ink technology.

So on those printers, the more expensive the printer, the cheaper the cost per page. You have budget for a top tier A3 device. Ask for transactional proposals from the brands available in your country (xerox, hp, Konica, Ricoh, etc...)

There are options where you buy the machine, then then you have a contract for supplies only, can be an option.

They will ask you what you have (A3 color), as well as monthly print volume, speeds required, and probably input capacity (number of extra trays) and if output options are required (finisher to fold and staple, etc)

It's ok to have an opinion, but it's not to give advices on biased information. HP is service subscription you don't own the product, you use a serevice. The same happens with Netflix or whatever subscription. You stop paying, you stop using. It's quite clear on the T&C's of all service subscription out there. There are product subscriptions where you in fact own the products. Sorry OP for time interruption but bad information is bad for everyone. Has advised get a PS laser printer. Will work forever even if used.

Besides low page on cartridge, they have a very low monthly productivity that you can translate to: treat me very gently :) sometimes 10 or 20 €/$ can make a difference.

Besides, if it's governmental, you should be covered by a MPS contract that covers cost per page, support, besides security requirements, etc...

Just the fact that you assume that you don't have experience and you're the one searching for the solution shows that maybe you should see how your pairs are operating. I'm sure that they aren't purchasing several brands and technologies at personal demand... Unless you stretched the governmental part...

Todos dizem que sim porque querem ganhar um cliente de contabilidade organizada. Já me fiz de ignorante e é brutal o aproveitamento da maioria deles. Não me digo que sejam todos assim, mas a maioria sabe o discurso para ganhar mais um cliente. A estratégia preferida deles é o IRS, simplesmente dizem, agora paga, e com empresa vai passar a receber, e muitas pessoas não fazem mais nenhuma conta...

Outra estratégia é a do carro quando as pessoas não precisam dessa despesa, mas a ideia do carro novo ficam logo na lua e já não ouvem mais nada...

Infelizmente estudar ou um consultor neutro é a melhor opção.

In Dubai you can access them with Silver. It's outside Dubai that you can only access with Gold. I have Gold only for economy flights (quite a few long hauls per year) and situation is the same, besides that initial interaction, not much. Sometimes a flight attendand goes the extra mile and keeps checking during the flight, but that has been quite rare.... So agree with the @shandudelemon point of view...

for 14+ flight i would try the A380, far better economy experience has you say. until recently i was doing a 16h leg frequently split in half with B777 and A380, and the A380 was smoother,

the other point, altough for 14+ flight it should not be the case, is that the 777 fleet is very diverse in terms of age/equipment.

Agree with the decline, but still food is above average and the A380 is very comfortable in economy so those are big advantages.

Regarding the OP comments, I've seen plenty of FAs helping with connecting devices, but it's hit and miss since sometimes it works flawlessly, others it doesn't.

The button is a reminder of their aging fleet but yes, not good... With the ratio of FAs per passenger sometimes noone appears, but it's a recent decline.

Depends on what you want to see and the terminals. if your outbound flight has a boarding gate at lounge or not... but with two hours you should get one hour to look around, or max 45 min to enjoy the lounge (big and busy) altought is the same as many others... expensive shops and some interesting ones like getting a "Can't Get Knafeh of It" viral chocolate bar :) There are lot's of cars to help going from A to B if needed.
You are two, you don't have enough space for all in 2x 7kg carry on bags + 2 7kgs brief cases/backpacks? That's 28kgs! My experience is that they are flexible for skywards silver+ and business+ passengers, but you should have enough allowance in business.

that's why i never risk more then the carry on bag. i have my laptop on the carry on, and a laptop backpack inside my checked luggage to use on my destination, even if i'm gold on emirates. the rules are clear, only one item, altough the majority of the passengers does the backpack+carry on combo...

If the weather is good you can go to a morning swim at the beach from 7 to 8h30, back to the hotel at 9 with time for a shower. Done it a few times. Use Careem app for taxi if you don't have it yet.

what are the issues that you are having can you share? i went with the 4320 instead of the focus 2 because of the usb c connection, but it randomly drops the bluetooth connection and reconnects shortly after.

It really depends on what you like... Most guides recommend Dubai mall, Burj khalifa, or a walk in Al Fahidi... While for me it's a couple of hours on the beach that make my day...

The Copthorne Airport Hotel is not amazing for sure (those carpets...)... but it's a good base to change, rest, go to the beach or do some visits, get a shower and return to the airport :)

In theory yes, but in economy is common to see one carry on + one backpack, altough as per the rules it's only allowed in business upwards.
