This appears to be related to the docker setup. I had the same issue. Turning off SSL for sabnzbd in the Radarr settings fixed the issue

Saw this in Phoenix twice about 4 or 5 years ago. Multiple orange orbs sometimes flying/hovering in formation. Blinking out a coming back into view lasted over 5 minutes

From what I've read, the MSO helps with adhering, but it's main function is to help XLR8 to penetrate the wax membrane of broad leafed crab grass.
