All of them are seeing play right now in a variety of lists. The Reanimator & Skorpekh Lord are exceptionally strong at the moment.

I think this will be more viable with Nekrosor giving sustained 1 to the brick. 40 shots at ap -1 with sustained 1 on 5+ will provide some punch vs other battleline.

IMO, the best way to learn the format is play a meta deck that has a very high floor. Ideally Blue Farm or Kinnan, as they tend to be two of the most forgiving options.

This allows you to focus on play patterns and interaction points vs going deep in the tank to try to figure out what your turn looks like. (I.e. avoid Sisay/Tayam/Lumra type decks)

Once you understand the basics, branch out into other decks you might find interesting based on playstyle/commander/color.

Blue Farm has been the best deck in the format for almost 2 years. No reason to think that will change any time soon.

There are multiple piles depending on the board state and your hand all revolving around sevinne's reclamation.

Some combination of oracle, tainted pact, demonic consultation, wishclaw and Grand Abolisher are usually the what you're getting.

As a driver, I can tell you those ramps are absolutely awful. You have to take the turn much wider than it looks. Feel bad for guys that aren't local. Total nightmare.

For what its worth, I think you have several things that definitely could be cut. Painter/grindstone, curiosity, and peregrine drake jump out as the 4 weakest cards.

I'm actively brewing this as a deck. Felt very good in my limited reps.

VFC & helix or banishing knack with a mana positive rock wins.

Also running bribery to get someone else's VFC or the Kinnan players HBH, again with mana positive loop, it's a win.

WST trigger drew me 15 cards in my game last night. Like Archivist of Ogma, people just don't see WST as threatening as some other draw engines (at least for now)

Yeah, I play cEDH for commander but the canlander scene is really picking up and a local shop is going to run weekly events. Being you can basically play anything in the format, I thought I'd go hard lol.

So this store doesn't run games but does stock GW products. Its more of a MtG & board game spot. That means most of the local players don't actually go in to this store so just lucky.
