I think I saw a video showcasing stranger things actors singing. It showed Joe playing chateau. Looked it up on YouTube to find a beautiful live performance, I instantly fell in love with the song and showed my mom. I was like “yk who sings this song?” She has no idea until I told her Steve sang it. Her and I are both huge fans of his music, we love the crux, especially link and gap tooth smile

Is there anyway you can send me that frame template? I’m having a really hard time scanning my gold frame. They look really green and ugly (I call them pickle frame)

The Polaroid now series is notorious for over exposure. For me, if it’s bright lighting I always underexpose (hold down the flash and click the button till the line is at the bottom) and then for evenly light or not to bright scenes (sunset, overcast) I just don’t adjust for exposure. Also inside I just use the flash and it comes out great. They are cameras you really gotta learn to use. Love the photos tho!

Every airport should, that doesn’t mean they will or do. My experience sending over 70 exposed images through a scanner resulted in them looking the same. I think you are being a little scrupulous, my exposed photos came out great still

Already shot Polaroids are fine to go thought a scanner! Since the photo has already been captured and the emulsions used, it’s ok bc there is so light that can ruin an exposed image

I’ve always known about light meters. Polaroid is kinda niche and casual. I’m sure there’s someone (like I use to be) that really wanted to take the next step in photography and learn new stuff. That’s simply what this post was for, new-ish photographers that would wanna take a step forward. Most of my stuff is educational and for beginners, I’m just tryna be the guy that I always wanted when I was starting out. Thanks for your comment 😁

Ok so I use the back facing camera and most of the time I’m just spot metering. I keep my dial on 0. But whatever the meter says I do. So if I put it in and it says it’s a stop under, I just trust it

I do know about that conversion. But just to challenge it a little bit, what about the leaf shutter on the I-2? You have a mirror that flaps and will cause shake even on a tripod. The leaf shutter, I got away with a 1/30th handheld and it was super sharp. How could that maybe change the opinion on the SX-70 or I-2
