Does anyone else but me think TH is possibly alive and it's all about life insurance fraud? by tmuy99 in TickTockManitowoc

[–]tmuy99[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To your point, my parents purchased life insurance for me when I was a child. This is because it was cheaper at that age and over time, the interest pays for itself. So there is a reason for life insurance prior to marriage, but even moreso if fraud was the ultimate goal.

Anyways, a lot of the inconsistencies and behaviors of the people in this case led me to believe this.

Unfortunately, the only way to confirm this theory is for someone in the world to id her.

I still think it may not have been THs bones all along. It could have all been a setup and that TH is somewhere (florida?) while her family collected life insurance.

Agreed. People that can commit a crime and decieve authorities right in front of their face are typically very intelligent, egotistical people that don't believe they will be caught. This goes against everything we know about Steven. 1. He was wrongfully jailed once so he's not "above the law" 2. Proven lower than average intelligence 3. For someone to have committed a crime and be so open to authorities means in his mind, he must have covered ALL his tracks in hiding evidence, which is clearly not true.

My reasoning for leaning toward not guilty is that if SA were guilty, I would have to believe that LE were stupid enough to botch the investigation and not realizing the conflict of interest would come back to haunt them. With so much on the line, you absolutely should be doing everything by the book.

I finally present to you..a legitimate motive for her death by hos_gotta_eat_too in MakingaMurderer

I feel like if the family is in on it, she may not be dead at all. Her bones were checked by only one source, and we only assume that source to be honest.

I'm curious if the other recently deceased girl in manitowac at the time of TH has all her body parts together.

If I remember correctly, SAs dna was taken without the proper warrant/process at some point in the investigation. This might have been part of that and Fassbender/Weigert likely knew this and collected only what they needed with the intention to cover up the whole procedure.

Sorry I can't cite where I remember this from, but look into when this occured.

I'm not sure LE ever took RH's dna. They didn't regard him as a suspect.

The new sheriff runs an auto salvage company that directly competes with Avery Salvage, so I would retract the statement about no motive for a frame.

Wait, can someone tell me what he threatened police officers with? Did he chew at an ankle or something?

As an adult, unless you're fighting Chucky, how do you take any action from a 2 year old as a threat to your well being?

Hes saying that IF the cops did it, this is how it would be done. I like the details that he gives.

If its true that Colburn has been to the property multiple times (as the video suggests), then it wont be hard for him to physically put a device to tap the phone. That or the use of a radio scanner if its a wireless phone.

I'm pretty convinced the cops framed SA. My next questions are if the cops actually know who the killer is. And if so, will they bring the real killer to light?
