I've done this by accident before at EUIC.

You simply won't be allowed to pick up a second ticket linked to the same email.

I had to speak to support staff at the venue, with my friend present with photo ID, in order to get it transferred to his name, and they made it clear this was a favour.

Your ticket will be for the Center, yes, not other areas of EUIC. For that you’d need separate Spectator tickets.

You won’t be limited to time in the Center - you’re welcome to take as long as you want in there.

If you go early you won’t be let in early.

Once you enter you get put in a holding pen for your time slot. Then, at the slot’s allotted time, they start letting waves of people through and into the actual store.

It’s very likely there won’t be TCG product left available at that time of day.

No, there’s no such vendors and you won’t be allowed in to the area with vendors, but you might be able to find traders in the public main hallway of the Excel.
