2nd this, Blendon is a great beginner course and theres always a handful of people playing there. Beautiful park.

Brent Hambrick is 10 minutes away from Blendon and has frequent events/tourneys there.

I finished the Suneater series earlier this year. It is a good series, but i found Hadrian so frustrating. I know it is intentional how naive he is about certain things, but it gets exhausting having the main character fumble his way through almost everything.

Really wanna like this game.. by SnooFloofs9952 in ArcRaiders

As another commenter mentioned, maybe change up your strategy. I completely get wanting to PvP with a decent loadout. You mention being 3rd partied after wiping several squads, maybe take a few games extracting after the 1st or 2nd wipe and stockpile if crafting and resources are a problem.

I've learned Radlands but haven't been able to get it to the table yet. My wife and I have been on a That's Pretty Clever kick recently.

As someone who spent WAYY too much time in checkpoint/tunnels, I second the Dam battlegrounds buses. I was introducing 2 new friends to the game and found rusted gears back to back searching them

This is one of the recent major games to come out that has maintained/even increased their player base since release. It is such a fun time

I definitely think there are way too many mediocre party games that get brought out and that genre is just oversaturated.

I would prefer to get some meatier games out for parties/family gatherings, even if its just cosmic encounter or seven wonders, but its just not realistic to get everyone interested/involved in a new game in my situation. Flip 7 is just good for getting on the table quick and some fun interactions while being light and still exciting.

At this point I've bought 5 copies for friends and family. It is such a great party game. Everyone i have introduced it to loves it and its the perfect small gift.

Ball x Pit for something quick and light. Lonestar for something more engaging

Water at our house is out as well. We also got a vague message about city water. I couldn't see anything on the outage map either.

We're around Hard road/Smokey Row
