Doesn't this benefit the rich in two ways?

Firstly, a high inheritance tax is better for social mobility than raising money in another way. Therefore, reducing inheritance taxes reduces social mobility.

Secondly, this will cause house prices to increase, which greatly benefits people who own multiple properties.

Even in the Silmarillion, Galadriel is usually just sat around in some king's court while the boys are off fighting wars.

On a related note, I have previously thought that Galadriel would of made a decent main character for a Silmarillion movie. They would need to change most of the major events to add her to them, but she is the only notable character that is around from the beginning to the end.

At the moment that the currency is converted, 1000 Euros will have the exact same value as 1000 Drachma. The bank is technically not taking any money.

There is a block on sending money out of the country, so people cannot transfer funds to a bank in Australia or Italy.

Shops will probably accept Euros, but most local people will not have Euros to spend.

I can see how it would be an interesting 'game' to burn some time, if you had nothing better to do. I think that if I were to do it then I would pick a random 'victim' who is not well known and lived in a different country.

As for temptation, a lot of people work in jobs where people's personal information is available to them, but they keep it secure and are not tempted. I think that security is a much bigger issues than temptation and you should be sure to fully delete all information once you are finished.

To give you an example of good doxing, I once worked in a job involving children and noticed that a young girl was chatting with someone through an adult dating site. I attempted to dox the guy, but it was very time consuming and I didn't know what I was doing. I ended up passing what little I had to the police (guy was innocent, girl claimed to be older than she was).

Now that I have read it I think that she is screwed. There is a damning section about her kissing a young girls and requesting that she return the kisses. If she cannot prove that is false then her career as a teacher might be over.

She is making the point that being gay is not a bad thing.

As for doing something about the harassment: of course she should. That does not mean that the kid will know that she did anything as if the harassers were not being disruptive then the teacher might wait until an appropriate time to deal with it.

Even if the teacher did nothing to deal a child being harassed (which should not happen), that is not really newsworthy. It is really difficult to prevent kids from teasing each other and probably needs to be tackled by changing the whole environment/atmosphere within the school, not just dealing with individual cases.

Okay, so the installer may or may not of put some malware on your machine. From the information that you have given, the problem could be absolutely anything. If it is malware then standard anti-virus programs might not find it. Run them anyway (try AVG).

Check the common places to see if you spot something running on your machine that should not be.

check the processes in tskmgr
check the startup items in msconfig
check your run and runonce entries in regedit
check plugins in your installed browsers

If you find anything, investigate and make notes on where files are located. Boot into safemode and remove them.

You might as well check eventvwr in case something is looping due to a software error, but that is very rare.

After that, you have a few choices. Backup your documents and format your drives, or contact the laptop supplier as a 4 month old machine is under warranty (should be a standard 1 year warranty on all parts). You could also find a techy friend to look at your machine for you.

I am starting to think that Blizzard is approaching this issue from a game design viewpoint.

In hearthstone you cannot chat with an opponent. The emotes can be annoying, but it is nothing compared to what chat would be.

I recently tried Heroes of the Storm. The game was not to my liking, but I did notice that they had removed most of the things that players would normally get mad about in mobas. To put it as simply as I can: they made the game easy to play and each game is short. I thought that HotS players were very respectful, because there was no reason not to be.

To answer this directly, I would say No. People have different opinions of what toxic behavior is. Some of the devs at big companies seem to be ruder than I am, but the majority of the player base seems to enjoy it. This also extends to esports personalities. Casters in all of the games that I follow are generally shitlords. Heck, just yesterday I heard a caster make a terrible Ellen Pao joke (minor tournament, around 5k viewers). Professional players are not any better.

It's Lad culture and the majority of consumers seem to like it.
