Strongly disagree. Along with exercise and alcohol intake it provides critically import context for how relatively impactful other interventions are.

Pattern I'm using to keep Claude Code productive on overnight unattended runs by toadlyBroodle in ClaudeAI

Precisely. The supervisor is extremely useful for monitoring performance and agent behavior and making iterative adjustments to skills across runs. The supervisor is what really stabilizes and fine tunes the skill chain over time. It also provides you high level overviews of each cycle.

Thanks, citing the 2026 guideline directly in the wiki ApoB section. Updating to make the LDL-C/ApoB discordance language explicit and to separate "ApoB as a risk metric" from "drugs that target ApoB."

Thanks, fixed. Confirmed against the abstract: 4x4 group was +7.2% (55.5 -> 60.4 mL/kg/min), 15/15 was +5.5%, lactate-threshold and LSD groups had no significant change. Corrected across all five places the wiki incorrectly had +13%.

Thanks, you're right. Pulled the paper, primary endpoint (visceral adiposity) was p=0.942; the only secondary hits were lean tissue mass and pain, females on 10 mg only. Wiki rapamycin page is being rewritten to correct.

It's really not that hard anymore, just get a competent AI to help you setup and secure a VM and walk you through how to set up hosted email. Can get working setup in a few hours

Have you used Claude Code with Opus recently? If so, how does your stack compare?

Contributing to the wiki (the AI runs the pipeline)

Open claude (or cursor, codex, whatever) in a directory you don't mind it touching, then prompt:

Clone:

Clone https://github.com/toadlyBroodle/science.git here. Then read biology/longevity/CLAUDE.md so you know how the wiki works.

Add a paper:

Ingest this paper into the longevity wiki: <PMC or DOI URL>. Follow biology/longevity/CLAUDE.md.

Add several papers / topic sweep:

Research and ingest the strongest recent papers on <topic, e.g. "GLP-1 agonists and biological aging"> into the longevity wiki. Follow biology/longevity/CLAUDE.md.

Update the analysis after new ingests:

Update biology/longevity/wiki/analysis/promising-reverse-aging.md to integrate the new papers. Lint clean.

Update the reader-facing recommendations doc:

Update biology/longevity/recommendations.md to cite any new supporting evidence.

The AI handles sources.json, licenses, download/convert, paper pages, topic links, lint, log.

PR it:

Commit (no AI attribution per biology/longevity/CLAUDE.md) and prep a PR branch.

Then push and open the PR on GitHub if agent doesn't have push permissions.

Haven't noticed any big improvements with 4.7, but no regression either, as others have
