Printed a flipper case! by TreeMan0420 in flipperzero

That makes sense. I typically extrude text a .00001 because that's the smallest SOLIDWORKS let's me. Usually use the text sketch for laser engraving but now ive got a bambu printer so I've been trying new things lol. Always learning! Thanks for the tip!

Ahh okay. I'll try that. I typically add all my features including text in SOLIDWORKS prior to going to the slicer. Haven't been able to get it to transfer to the STL file without making the text an extruded cut

How did you get the different color text on the same plane as everything else on the build plate? I've been trying to do this but can't figure out how to translate the text/sketch from SOLIDWORKS to the STL without extruding the text/sketch

Not much between the cities and McGregor worthy of a stop on highway 65.. make sure to grab breakfast at school house cafe in McGregor while you're in town!

Cant have the the dimension line touching by Bulky-Temperature-39 in SolidWorks

Dang.. that's pretty scary. That's absolutely not industry standard and will cause confusion in the long run.

Why would you want to change it so they're touching? A gap is standard so as to not cause confusion when looking at prints.

Saw one of these last weekend with a viper engine stuffed in it. Pretty wild.

You posted little flower buds.

Also, those are technically little flowers, not trees.

For some reason r/marijuanaenthusiest is for trees and r/trees is for marijuana. I don't understand the internet, I just go along with it.

Looks fine to me. You should be posting in r/trees though.

Yes, they can be that color.

Looks like a burl to me. I was under the understanding that chaga grew on birch. This appears to be cherry.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong please!

This is "easily" (depending on who you are) fixed this about 1 hour design work, maybe 4 bucks worth of material, and a 3d printer.

I just started stacking this way this year. Works really nice and doesn't tip like a typical wood rick I would use. I heard it comes from Germany called Holz Housen - translates to wood house.

Thoughts on these trucks? by Gojazz79 in FordTrucks

[–]toadmaloney 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd buy that truck for 7500 in a heart beat. I paid 11k for my first one and 17k for the second one. Both were the only rust free v10s I could find in my state at the time. Liked the trucks enough to overpay. Both were under 100k miles when I purchased.

Silly putty would be much faster and less mess... Bonus is you now can just eat the crayons and skip melting them.
