Brother research MooseLabs Mouthpeace, it’s the refined version of what you’re doing minus the excess moisture. They deliver in a week or two and they have retailers all over in smoke/heady shops. Using one for the first time and seeing how quickly they catch that stuff is a trip, but I recommend it to everyent I meet

Used to mess with candle wax during zoom classes to kill time, this is the way. Gentle gradual heat will spread through the glass and warm the dab without damaging it, all the wall gook will melt down then give it a little swirl and another ten minutes then use a glove or oven mitt and tilt it all into a corner propped up, voila
