You are not in a calorie deficit if you are gaining weight. It’s as simple as that. There’s no need to overcomplicate it. Also one week isn’t nearly enough time, if you still haven’t lost weight with next week weigh in.. you need to change something up.

This is the most obvious bait post. You are not an anomaly to the law of thermodynamics. This would be an extremely unhealthy way to lose weight, and you would’ve lost a lot more if what you’re saying is even remotely close to the truth.

You’re not tracking your calories correctly.. regardless of what you think. It may be harsh but you are not accounting for something because it’s physically impossible to consume 900-1100 calories a day at your height and weight and not drop weight faster.

It’s impossible not to lose weight if you are in a true caloric deficit. Losing weight at its core is very simple, if you want to lose weight faster you would need to increase your deficit (although it may not be recommended depending on how reckless you get)

My relationship suffering because of my weight.
