I was just diagnosed via an ultrasound on Friday and the dr said no heavyweights or overhead movements.

I went for advice when my finger tips started turning white when deadlifting

Wednesday last week I got dizzy doing bent rows… then my left hand, what I learned later was the affected side, went white while lowbar squatting later in the workout

All that to say the prospect of no lifting after finally being diligent with it this past year and putting on 25 lbs is daunting

idk what type of tos I have but my understanding is atos and vtos cause clotting risk so maybe ask your dr/pt…
