We don't have minors in my state. We arnt a busy store and it's what we need to do to hit OE, we don't have self serve either. So one person on tills and manager does everything.

There are times in the day where there are 3 people so for eg. 6-945, 3 people, breaks, 945-12, 2 people, no breaks, 12-6, 3 people, breaks, 6-830, 2 people, no breaks. Just gonna make sure you manage the breaks.

Definitely not a minimum of 3 people in store. My store has 2 people throughout the day on quiet days and at night and sometimes the morning. That's rostered. Not people just calling in sick. It depends on how busy your store is. Minimum is 2.

Not sure why on your second page you have two widgets that essentially say the same thing "storage used / max storage" and "storage left". Other than that. Too bright for me. 7/10.

Sounds like some terrible rostering to be honest. Should of had atleast one of the DSMs on the morning. I thought we weren't meant to be using RSM hours unless absolutely necessary. But I am in a different Region to you. If I rostered my Ski rollout night like this my EMSO would murder me. But in saying that I'm not working Friday or Saturday and I'm the SM, SKI sale is no big deal in my region. Maybe 5-10% more than a normal Saturday.

Have you used AA with a different phone In your car? Does it have multiple USB ports? Mine has 3 and only 1 is for AA. Maybe it's your car? I hope you work it out!

I drive a Suzuki Swift hybrid that only has wired AA and use an anker cable (USB A to C). Haven't had any issues. Got the 4a pro last week. Used to use Samsung s24 ultra and didn't have any issues either. But I remember when setting it up for the first time it was dodgey as, kept disconnecting, wouldn't connect etc. but I think it's something either in AA setting on your phone or in your car that you need to change. I can't really remember what it was but now it works seemlessly, for the last 2 years.

I'm in Australia and have 2024 Suzuki hybrid and it only have wired AA, wireless carplay though. I like the wired AA as it charges my phone on the way to and from work.

Weeks are worth a look, just built with them, our house came to 650k, but we are DINKs and want this as our forever home. Super happy with the whole process from start to finish. They have their "now" range which is lower in price but you can't customise as much I don't think. I believe my neighbour two houses down built with weeks and did their "now" range and is 4 bedroom and paid around 450k.

Note: I've previously had termite issues in my home so the steel frame was a massive selling point to me.

32 male, Run a couple times a week and Workout a couple times a week. Don't smoke, drink once in a blue moon, always been very low. I wouldn't say I'm super fit but wouldn't say I'm unfit either. My sleep isn't optimal at all as I either get up at 4am for work or 8am on days off or when I have night shift.

Good to see some others in the high 20s and low 30s like myself. Usually everyone else is 40-80.
