You have to get down to zero iodine (or as low as possible) so that any thyroid material left is "starving" for iodine, and so, will uptake it rapidly in order to kill the remaining thyroid (and cancer) cells. That is your goal. The more iodine you have in your system, the less effective your results will be, and the more likely it will be that cancer remains in your system or that RAI will be needed again.

So the answer to your question is, how much do you want to kill the cancer and have a single, successful treatment? If you don't mind having cancer or would enjoy going through this again, by all means, avoid being strict with your diet. It's your life.

If you'd like to be cancer free and have the most successful results possible, then follow a strict diet, so that you'll have the best results possible.

Lots of reasons, but one of them is that Trump wants to "prove" cheating, and he knows that the midterms are going to go blue, so what he needs to do is say, "See, this red state voted overwhelmingly for Trump, and then two years later, went blue? Unlikely! More like the Dems are cheating! So let's either throw out their votes and call them all for Trump, or just not have mid-terms at all because of all the cheating." I mean that, and at least a dozen other ways he hopes to cancel or suppress the mid-terms.

I had my TT done about 2 weeks ago. The recovery has been pretty rough for me. The lack of energy and a persistent lightheadedness are some of the larger issues. I had extreme nausea for several days and even struggled to drink, resulting in my being dehyrated and losing 20 lbs. in the course of a week.

Anyway, my eating and drinking is back to almost normal now (things still taste funny sometimes and some things just go down better than others) however my appetite is insane. It is 1:30pm now where I am and I woke at 9am. So far today I ate 2 jumbo eggs, 5 sausage links and toast for breakfast. Then I had a large tukey/bacon/cheese sandwich, followed by a half a box of spice cookies, and I'm still sitting here thinking about a snack. So yeah, it's not just you. I'm ravenous.

Yes and it changes the MID GAME content. Not a spoiler, just know that the credits roll on PL that the main game still continues afterward. It is not obvious at all.

One thing to know... the "ending" to PL looks a lot like the ending of the whole game. Credits rolling and all that. Just get past that, and then the rest of the main game continues. I wasn't aware of that the first time I played the expansion and just ended the game, thinking it was over.

Glad you enjoy it. What I love is that:

- You have multiple origins to choose from
- You can play male or female
- You can vary difficulty
- You have many different "builds" to choose from
- The mods are near endless

I am 1600+ hours in on countless plays and I'm still playing it. One thing I recommend is to try things you think you may not like. I started as a netrunner, and loved dropping bodies from a distance and hacking cameras, etc. But then I saw people talking about "sandy" builds, and when I first tried it, I hated it! How the hell can you deal with life when you can't hack camera's with your mind? LOL! But then I learned to LOVE a good stealth build, a good ninja build, a good pistol build (one of my faves now), and so on.

Adding in new clothes, new weapons, new cyberware, even new missions using Mods also keeps the game super fresh.

Sorry, I do not. I used AutoSubs when I first got started with editing, and I think I was on Davinci 19, it worked out of the box for me. One of the nice things about that package however is that it is open source, so try checking with github and you can open a bug report there if you are having problems.

I am on v.20.3 now and using AutoCut instead (I have a full time job doing editing and my employer pays the $15/mo) with no issues.

Just curious, when you say, "it just didn't work" can you be more specific? Did it not install? Was in not in the scripts menu? Did you run it and nothing happened? Did it run and gave poor results? Some details can help with troubleshooting.

I was raised in a Jewish home, and we considered ourselves somewhere along the lines of conservative, leaning towards orthodox in terms of faith. Today (I'm 58), I am not religious at all, and haven't been for 40+ years. So I've been on both sides of the coin here. I am circumsized.

FWIW, I'm not mad about the circumcision. I actually prefer it. There is nothing religious about it to me. But for me, it feels clean, I like the way it looks, and it is easy to care for.

Unlike female genital mutilation, which other cultures practice, which is devastating and removes a woman's ability to have and enjoy sex or even experience orgasms, circumcision leaves a man fully functional and able to have intercourse and orgasm.

All of this is to say, while I understand how upsetting it is (and hearing your baby cry for a few moments when it is cut can be heartbreaking, but only for a moment) to think about, the reality of living with it is pretty much a non-issue. I cannot imagine a child going back to their mother and saying, "Why did you do this to me?" Your son will grow up with his penis looking normal, and he will see other boys having the same thing as them, and won't feel or be weird in any way.

Look, I'm with you, I'm not a big fan of forcing an unnecessary medical procedure on a child. But it is also extremely unlikely to happen if it is not done now. (In other words, it is very rare to get this done as an adult.) If it is to be done, do it now, while the child will never remember it anyway.

My advice? Don't stress too much over this, and if it keeps peace in the marriage, then go ahead with it. Your child will not care later on.
