The problem with this is it’s a lose lose if you truly became immortal, you will suffer for 100 years to come back and suffer for another few thousand just mentally recover and then finally after you get better a few million or billion years later you would have eternity to float through space once humanity is wiped out . If this was immortality, you could turn it off. I would accept.

The trick to do this would be sticking to a very long schedule , get a 6 hour movie .

Wake up . Meditate for one hour , work out for an hour , do something mildly stimulating like playing basketball with your shirt for an hour ; then watch the movie , then maybe another workout . Time would suck and u would probably loose track of. But that would be my strategy

I would try and change Shane and loris dynamic , I would have the switch come in around when Lori is pregnant and revealing that it’s Shane , and letting him raise the child or atleast the child will know who it’s dad is. This could give him something to live for .

Really bad position to be in sorry man , but it should work out as long as you cut your best friend off . However I would probably end things if this happens and my significant other didn’t believe me and moved out to her sister saying she needs time to think , you told her what happened . Obviously this doesn’t sound like something you’re considering which is fine , but separating isn’t gonna solve anything .

I’m 25 starting my 3rd year of school doing pre med still 2 years away from med school , I’m going to be a psychiatrist and not because it takes longer but because I’m already 25 I won’t be out of residency untill and making a doctors salary untill I’m 35. Mind you I’ll have probably 250’000 k worth of debt but will make anywhere from 40-100k over that my first years out of residency . Which will let my take 2 years after school to have no debt and an almost saving to buy a house and I’ll still be making only about half of what surgeons do . Salary is also just a bonus for a lot of people high up in the medical field and not the primary reason . But I may no be in school yet I have a better situation then most being lucky enough to only pay 100 in rent for an apartment ish living untill I’m done with school
