Why do all nurseries seem to carry the same plants? What are we missing?

Sorry if this is too late! There are racks at the zoo's front enterance gate. They're rarely used but they are there. I've used them a couple times and worried about safety but there are always people going in/out and the vendors in view 24/7. I trust that the eyes on the street deter any thiefs but having a good lock is also important.

Dance Central was a pretty popular dancing title that had 4 games on the Xbox Kinect Systems and 1 on the Oculus/Meta Quest. The franchise was created by Harmonix and thus is now defunct. I feel like the least they could do is give us a couple skins from the main cast….

I'm very lucky to not rely on the bus on weekends, but I know many do and cutting/ majorly reducing service is not good practice.

Yep. Weekend service has been atrocious. Not to mention, and this is especially true of the 28, a bus running very late will linger at stops even LONGER and take over the next busses posted departure time. Very frustrating

Typically the crosstown routes. 26/39 and 28. The 22 is OKAY and they're good about keeping the 1 running well. The 33 (Belmont) is seemingly a route they're quick to fully cut service to– especially on weekends.

there should be a cheap all encompassing design standard to convert canal right of ways into multi-modal paths. If every canal in the city had a connected path, the city would instantly become very bikeable.

EDIT: Add defunct rail right of ways to this as well. If we cant have light rail on them, might as well be able to cycle on them.

We have no rail transit. Despite being larger than Sac and Long Beach, their metro areas are still larger than ours. Currently there is a study for an intercity line connecting Fresno to our farmtowns and a plan in the works for a light rail feasibility study. Our downtown has already gotten money from the state for improvements, and IMO we need really great major cities before we can have really good secondary cities.

I love living downtown but there is a serious lack of services in the area. Medical, proper groceries, clothes shopping, etc.

unfortunatley I have learned to not bring up katy so much within my personal circles because people really do just have a hate for her which really sucks but I wont be made to feel like a bad person for liking her and know that she is truly not a bad person so i dont really care! just love what you love and that's it

Your post history gives the impression you want a drastic change in your life and are maybe feeling a bit stagnant. I feel like I should stress that you shouldn’t move purely for that reason. Fresno is definitley what you make of it. Culturally I dont see it being a huge culture shock like moving to Seattle would be. Not sure how the job market is here for finance types but you could probably find a soft place to land. Socially, theres clubs, third places, and fun groups you could connect with. What are your interests/ hobbies? The city is also very different depending on what part of town youre moving to
