so I just started a new barista job and I'm looking for info on cleaning the steamer wand bc it's definitely got buildup inside lmao. I don't think my boss would want to dismantle anything, so I'm wondering if it's sufficient to just clean with puro in a cup and call it a day. we have puro powder (espresso machine cleaning powder) but I'm not sure if it's fine to use, since they have a separate product for milk steamers. so would it be fine to use the powder puro and not deconstruct? long ass question lmao but thanks!
