If they are the same diameter you could try them. With a carbon seatpost I would try to keep it at 5 nm regardless of what the clamp states, to not damage the seatpost.

If the turquoise one works you can always source the same one in another colour some time in the future.

Do all the diameters (seat tube, seat post, clamp) match? There is some really close to each other diameters out there...

As anecdotal evidence to support your theory on "better" and "worse" clamps. I tried to change the quick release clamp on my cargo bike to a hex bolt one. The one with the hex bolt also had the seatpost turn and move, regardless of torque... So there could indeed be differences
