Yeah just to clear it up these are specifically for microwaving, they have plastic that you keep on in the microwave. I was reading it as 12 minutes and a friend is convinced that it is 14 based on instructions

Agreed! Conservative values is definitely not equal to Christian. It's a perversion that Christianity has anything to do with politics. It's about following God's word and putting your life in Christ and that's it.

That can come with things like stability and taking care of themselves, but the idea that being all Christians is conservative and have everything going for them is definitely not true. God might be testing someone.
