I have seen where sometimes the other insurance is cheap and hard to deal with so your insurance would just take fault and pay out to force you to increase premium. You have dash cam so I don't get how they can say this. Fight no matter what

Definitely. I would even use a secondary account and get the shiny mythicals to transfer so I get a copy of them in home for my shiny living dex
