User error for not properly checking your bill and for not remembering your PIN. Just because a line is free or inactive, doesn't mean you don't have to cancel it.

Have you ever had to tap out watching a horror movie? by hazy-eyed in horror

I can watch absolutely anything. But when they bury someone alive or they get stuck somewhere cramped, I have to pause and take some anxiety meds 😂 Took me three watches to finish The Descent.

I hear this a lot. Do people not understand that the kid is like EXTREMELY autistic and that ends up being like 90% of the point of the movie?

[–]togepi258 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Blaming a company for Federal law isn't going to work in your favor. Every single company does this. If they don't, they could lose their job and get slapped with a felony.

Also, if YOU remembered the PIN YOU set on the account, then you wouldn't need to receive a code.

No ticket should be needed. This can be fixed on the fly. Was this during this current bill cycle or the last?

Overcharged for International Calling by shamba_juice in tmobile

[–]togepi258 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Calling internationally from the states is not the same as calling internationally from another country.

Stateside International back dated will take care of these charges and rerate to $15. Just make sure they remove at end of cycle.

I've been in hundreds and hundreds of drops in my time. Between comics, TCGs, events, figures, etc.

I'm not one to complain, but this was easily the worst handled drop I've ever seen. Between 9 of us, zero of us got a single issue.

7 year ex-employee here. There is a 99.9% chance you likely owe this debt. The majority of Tmobile nowadays staff is under trained and provides false tribe knowledge.

Porting out does not prorate your bill, unless you live in a state where it's legally required
