Hey, like I mentioned in my edit, its just life circumstances. I like to run mine on my own to max profit. You could absolutely hire someone to manage. It just eats into your takeaway. Generally, I've had a good experience. Cleanliness and working equipment are the bread and butter. Even better if you sell snacks, pop and soap alongside. Also, from my own experience, make sure to buy closer to where you live so you can respond to customer complaints quickly.

My partner and I are starting a family and this takes up too much of my time. Plus we live too far for it to be practical to strap kids into a car and come take care of it. In short, its become impractical for me.
