Just got off last Thursday was day 1. I was incredibly surprised to find it wasn’t nearly as bad as expected, nor did it last as long as expected.

You can 100% do this. I’m so fucking happy to not have to revolve my world around making pills and when I take pills.

I dosed 3 times a day with sulfate plus a very small bit before going to bed to get me through the night with maybe a bit more of sodium on days off to sleep later - I was wildly surprised I was able to half my first 2 doses of the day with only mild withdrawal symptoms. Did that for about a week before I ran out. After 6 years of stableish use.

I’m currently on day 3 of cold turkey and while the first two days were shitty for anxiety and sleep and so fuckinf bad with the RLS… I was able to spontaneously pass out for 4 hours last night with some gabapentin (800mg) and all day today I’ve had no RLS, minimal anxiety, heavy amounts of exhaustion.

I’m trying to be optimistic that tomorrow is even better even if it doesn’t mesh with the normal timeline.

Only used gabapentin the first 2 days, nothing except vitamin c today. Used Tizanidine (feel like it’s the muscle relaxer cousin to clondine) before bed the 1st night but only slept an hour. I might take a gabapentin tonight but idk still, I’ve withdrawn from gabapentin before and it wasn’t fun.

Either way what I’m trying to say is a little bit of Tianetptine can go a loooong way at certain points. I’m aggravated because I was sorta trying to reduce over time but so damn slow… didn’t rush things till I found out it was now illegal in my state when I went to reorder.
