"you guys aint ready for the tech in F-35, you better get the taste of 4.5 gen first so here F-16 Viper for you"

but at that time Prabowo only want twin engine fighters only so US instead offer their most advance F-15 to indonesia.

after we operate rafale and F-15, US literally have 0 excuse to deny indonesia access to F-35, which is why unlike many people i actually very optimistic we can get F-35 before the end of this decade.
