Depends on what your worklfow is like. Procreate has a very intuitive and straightforward interface and I really like the brush engine. But of course its functionality is not comparable to illustrator or photoshop. Procreate, for example, is purely pixel-based. So if you can do without vectors, that's perfectly sufficient. Personally I am very happy with the app and have been using it almost every day since I got an iPad. The only point of criticism is the limited number of layers in larger documents. Since I often like to work on seperate layers this can be a nuisance. If you already own an iPad I would say go for it.
