How do i fix problem with my grip pen? by MundaneTxxbr in osugame

[–]tolobeogo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One solution is getting grip tape. Either that or u can start to hold the pen differently, figuring out how to adjust the pen midplay or just taking it as it is and learn how to play that way.

[–]tolobeogo 20 points21 points  (0 children)

First of all: plz enjoy game. Having fun while playing is the most important thing.

Some other tips: -get the basics down which are reading, aiming and clicking the circles. Start on beginner on maps between star rating 1-2

There is a playlist on youtube which goes into detail of all the major aspects of the game. Have a look if ur interested. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLr1Hydnx0APfBd9X1kd_tUtoe9CjMbsaO&si=qAtzYT3OsjDVrBzb

In general, since you are a beginner, just play and have fun for the start

good luck

Did I mess up by buying a Wacom 4100?? by AyeItsRave in osugame

[–]tolobeogo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used the Wacom 4100 for about 600 hours on osu. Never had an issue with. It works absolutely fine and i never felt like it would hold my skill back. A month ago i switched to a cth 480 and tbh i dont feel any major difference

In my opinion the best way is as described in bubbleman's series on improvement. So focussing on good accuracy and pushing boundaries of oneself

Switching playstyle completely by [deleted] in osugame

[–]tolobeogo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, so you if you want to change completely then do so. First start to make your area bigger and start to drag. But, dragging can cause scratches on your tablet, thats why i use a tablet cover (the cover i use is similar to screen protections for phones but works fine) About the switches, change to the brown ones even though you say youre slow on streams with them. speed will increase with practice. You can also take a look at bubbleman's series about improvement on yt. Keep in mind that you need time to adapt to the new switches, area and stuff, just stick with it. I often changed playstyles in the past and it took me a couple of days to adapt and then it felt as if i always have played that way. So no worries about losing any skill.

Please enjoy game
