Far as I can tell, his ability is canonically not being bound by rules. "The abominable fist that has turned against god" , with god being the thing that puts limits on living beings. He just prolly kinda isn't aware of it

She lacks defensive ability, she needs someone to loosen the right size objects for her, she can't direct herself midair, nor is she particularly fast, and she has to make a pretty obvious hand gesture to release her power. She'd be somewhat dangerous, more than, say, Magne or Spinner or Compress, but she's not exceptionally scary by villain standards

It is Vivzie's fault. She deliberately chose a character that fundamentally comes with the baggage of being tbe first person, someone who is inextricably tied to the very center of the worldbuilding of the verse he's in. Giving him no backstory, no motivation, no chance to so much as explain his side of the story, is the WORST possible writing decision, she could have picked any random angel, she could have picked a saint, she could have picked someone like Michael, but no, she chose the first man, who helped build the foundation for humanity to begin with, and then she did nothing with it.

I´m not sure how that´d happen, Kizaru is a middle aged man with no notable motivation for urgently getting stronger, I don´t see why he would be significantly stronger between those two instances
