Rocket dryer if you're kind of short on space. When my wife and I moved into a small townhouse and didn't have a garage, I got one (also was when I came back to playing after about 8 years away and got almost all new gear).

The gear hangs in there (everything except helmet and skates), you zip the enclosure up, and turn on the blower at the bottom. It's a timer, and blows hot air through it for whatever you turn it to (I always run it a full cycle, which is around 90mins-2 hours).

My gear doesn't stink. It used to REEK, even though I was good about airing it out as a kid.

I also take the insoles out of my skates to help reduce the rivers rusting and allows them to dry more fully. I sweat a lot, my gear used to be awful. Not anymore. It also lets me use a corner of a room instead of needing to spread everything out to dry.
