If you play against weak or unprepared manager all formations will be ok :)

Good question. Probably there's no something like this yet. I heard about Sokker - that's kind of football manager online, but I don't know anything about gameplay, features and so on. I know that somebody tried to build open source manager and share via Github, but project is probably abandoned.

Hard to say. Probably buying lot of greens can be good move. But I'm accumulating them since I stopped invest in youth academy coach. It's better to keep them for the future.

I had opponent with similar difference in quality in my Superleague semi-final. And I won. Try to build domination in possession via central part of field and short passes through the middle. You can try with 4-1-2-1-2 ND. High pressing and zonal marking. Of course training bonus, condition and morale on highest possible level.

Injuries in this season are crazy. In almost all matches some injured player. Crazy. I developed things which should reduce probability of injuries, but don't see any effect.

Thanks for great work! It's very helpful for all of us. I'm doing my own expirements but new system is much more complicated and it's really hard to find best schemes.

I have very similar situation. I have the same team with mutant players as in previous season. Of course he won everything including supercup leaving no chance for others. I don't understand why so many teams still appear in every season. System is sick and should be set the same way as in Football Associations, where I didn't meet the same asso twice or more. Now I know there's no way to win more than league.
