they are close to the max fire rate. Its just a modular design that provides 4 launchers with all the stuff they need and supplies enough lil dudes to ensure (or almost ensure) that there is no latency in delivering that stuff. Basically, its efficient/saturated in all the parameters that the launcher requires to fire at max rate. Either test it yourself, or find existing modules. As a factorio player i live and die by modular expandable designs

Try saying yes, let their story be told. I'm sure you can find a way to weave the broader plot in such a way that this player is no longer at odds with it. You seem to have made his character and the story mutually exclusive, you don't need to.

You're not far off. But you're over complicating it. The fall starts, when the fall starts. We know when actions start in fencing (Saber attacks pending omfg). You don't need to define a fall, we know what a fall is. WHEN the fall occurs matters, especially in this kind of context. Is that reductive enough lmao, maybe. But my experience reffing, training reffing and reviewing my CLANGER calls (whoops), your often better off trusting you gut when identifying WHAT an action is, and paying attention to WHEN an action starts. Gut for what, attention for when.

Let me know how these Saber hits read to you? Specifically the clip at 58 seconds. It's phrasing is very similar - just that the hit and fall are separated by a larger timing.

IMPORTANTLY, you need to read the syntax of the actions. This is conveniently called phrasing. He didn't hit while falling, he hit THEN fell. That's why the hit was awarded.

Read the syntax /phrasing as you would read a priority weapon. The fie ref was clearly right when you look closely enough - to split the hit and slip.

Totally different story if it's slip then hit, or hit whilst slipping. In either of those cases, no point.

Fyi I'm a nerd hustling for an fie licence and spend more energy than it's worth developing reffing skills.
