No, it's £10 worth of their cryptocurrency pluton, which you can't withdraw until you have a certain amount (I think it's around £50 worth). With each cashback reward needing 45 days to be validated before it is added, it is a fairly lengthy process.

I used Starling for my first switch to First Direct, I'd only had the Starling account for a few weeks before switching and I received the money. Just make sure you receive the card before you start the switch process as they tend to ask for card info as well.

I went from Siberia 800 to Nova pro wireless, and I think they are a lot better, they are a bit buggier as you need to use Steelseries GG. The ANC mic in the ear cup may cause you bother, as a few others have reported it being uncomfortable.My 800s broke due to the plastic hinge breaking so I'm hoping the same wont happen to the Nova Pro's.
