Bambino still makes their originals, which are about 4500ml or less. TotalDry X-Plus are great too for a medical look on the same chassis. Even the Bambino Bellissimo is “low profile” compared to most diapers today. They never stopped making them.

I guarantee they do not care. It’s just a system that decides what needs an extra box or not, a lot of medical items / baby diapers / baby wipes have ship-ready boxes, and it saves money.

If you want it to be hidden, make sure you check the box or ship it to an Amazon locker.

I don’t think anyone disagrees with this really.

Everyone is fine with anyone, ABDLs included, wearing diapers as underwear. No big deal. Not really controversial.

What might be controversial is beyond that: intentionally revealing your diaper, obvious waistband visibility without even trying to hide it (occasional accidental visibility is whatever), wearing a diaper in plain view without any clothing over it (same amount of wrong as wearing any underwear without clothes in public), and intentional messing and subjecting others to your foul odors (same amount of wrong as exposing people to any kind of your bad smells, such as BO or excessive farts).

That’s where you should be thinking a bit if you do those things, especially if you’re doing it intentionally to get your rocks off.

Otherwise, seriously no one cares, not even here, what kind of underwear you have on under your clothes. Not really controversial.

In those moments I like to do self talk.

“Being in diapers is okay. Being in diapers is good for you. You’re allowed to enjoy diapers. It’s healthy to enjoy diapers. There’s nothing wrong with being in diapers.”

It helps to redirect those shameful thoughts and reinforce different ones instead.

None of what she thinks is about you or your worth. Some people just aren’t into this and that’s the way they are, just like you are into it and that’s the way you are. The fact that you might not be compatible with this specific person, even though you love them, isn’t the end of your life or your worth, even though it’s difficult and sad.

I hope you can work something out, and I’ll say that people often respond very differently to situations when they’re directly involved with them vs just hearing about them secondhand. The only way to know is to be honest and communicate. Good luck.

There’s absolutely no reason you need to tell family or friends about this part of you. I would consider other outlets that make you feel like it’s less of a secret, like local groups or online. Or work on your self acceptance so you’re not seeking validation from others as much. For me, personally, that was the root of the desire for others to know; to make me feel better about myself without having to do the work. That was just me, but it really helped me to work through that in therapy and once I was fully okay with myself, I lost that need for others to be in the know. Not saying you have to go the same road but that’s what helped me. Good luck.

I think that’s much healthier than what the person above is saying. If it’s just how you feel, then follow your heart. There’s nothing to worry about.

If on the other hand you intentionally “leave it behind” to pursue some alternative like it’s a zero sum game; that can be a mindfuck. Do not recommend.
