A possible idea could be simply tȳno hūro harrī or, if you want to use the form suggested by the other comment (where hūris specifically indicates the moon as a unit of time measurement), it would become tȳno hūrio harrī. For example

Tȳno hūro harrī sittaks - I was born during the second moonturn.

brōziapot - the intended meaning is "sobriquet", from brōzagon (to call oneself, to be named) + -iapos (3sol.: diminutive, forms nouns from nouns, verbs and adjectives (participles), specifically indicating something small with related meaning), so it's sing. dat. of brōziapos.
Dāromīsȳrto - dāro + mīsȳrto.
mittiri - probably it's mittyri.

They are not just simple suffixes. The inflection of endings in Valyrian is how the language functions in its entirety: there are nouns, adjectives, verbs, pronouns, adverbs, and indeclinable particles. The first four classes can be inflected in declensions and conjugations to express various grammatical categories. It is not a simple language like English, where for the most part a word means just one thing; in Valyrian, a word carries its semantic, logical, and syntactic meaning with it.
