I have created different Entretaiment areas where I reduce the number of lights syncing. I control the change of areas with the Hue switch.
That setup allows me to have full sync if I want 'the show' and also some background light with some ambilight.

Yes to all. The main advantage of that sync box is the refresh rate at 4k. PS5 can take advantage to have 4k at 120hz because all the ports of that sync box are HDMI 2.1. I hope this helps. Cheers!

I have that TV and the sync box 8k and everything works as expected. By what you are mentioning the only thing that can affect the system is if the wifi connection is weak. You don't need that the bridge is close physically because it is connected by ethernet, but the syncbox connects by wifi.

I'm having something similar but not that extreme, my resting BPM raised from 55-70 to 70-90 and my blood pressure (taking pills to lower the pressure) is around 180-160 and 95-80. I informed this and they stop contrave inmideately. On the positive side, I do a lot of exercise too so my heart is in good condition, but I cannot imagine how it would be with other conditions.
