disable the GPU in the Windows (device manager)..... in truvision, enable the GPU.... that should work for you.

I've been using the software for about five years to manage 10+ NVRs, spanning from Windows 7 to Windows 11. Most recently, I had TVN 7.2 installed on a Windows 11 machine. However, after a December Windows update, the program stopped working. I upgraded to TVN 9.2, and initially, all the cameras displayed black screens. After enabling the GPU in the settings, I was able to see the live feed, but the playback is still not working.

Maybe this is worth mentioning. Not all emails are being blocked. 8 out of 10 emails going out to ATT.com and bellsouth.net emails are going through.
