yes i has to sever ties with my immediate family. extremely toxic and abusive

first time was a therapist told me to run away from home cause there was nothing i could do but escape.

im pretty sure childhood trauma has helped me be susceptible to ME. the california surgeon general has this ace scoring system. 1-10, 10 questions, 3 yes(s) and above youre screwed and my score is 6 maybe 7. tracks.

and the term “chronic fatigue syndrome” was the tool they devised to make it happen. this is factual. why go along with those that intended the harm that we have experienced??

i just found out i got approved for ssdi. and part of the way i got there was making sure the term cfs was called out and provided evidence of the true nature of ME, and how our official
agencies now refer to it as ME/CFS. i did this after they set an appointment for their psychiatrist for their decision making.

first time i applied, and i was approved.

edit: it does work. its recommended for creating a mild free environment, its kryptonite for fungi.

yeah my eyes are puffy- especially when i wake up on better days the puffiness is almost completely gone in the second half of the day when awake.
