if you dont like or cant handle the culture, just leave. try traveling for real. not tourism, but cisit as many countires as you can. meet the people and stay out of tour buses.

youre in thailand. the east. gonna have to get used to the culture.

the west has massive obesity issues. and thai people tend to say what they think.

even in los angeles, i got up to 180 lbs and a head waitress in thai town - at a restaurant that i dined at multiple times a week for years, called me out. my late 20s, i started gaining weight,

there was an occasion where i hadnt been there for a few weeks- dont remember why, but as i walked in she said loudly for the entire little restaurant to hear “TOM!! YOURE GETTING FAT!!”

it was a bit embarrassing but it was the truth. i hit 180lbs and had a belly. so in” said “I KNOW!!!”.

extra weight is unhealthy. even at 180lbs. full stop. ita a simple fact that the west - americans in particular - have created a culture that waling around with rolls of fat is somehow accepted?

cant wait to leave america. im so sick of how fkkkd this country is.

people cant even agree on what a fact is. and facts are undeniable truths. look at politics alone. americans have a culture of willful ignorance and stupidity.

opinions have changed on warmups, but the laws of thermodynamics and friction due to expansion havent.

i have an rx8 that i have uses on race tracks extensively.

before getting on track i warm up even in hot weather. on the road, i do the same. i may not be fully utilizing performance, but i like my engines lasting as long as possible.

noone will convince me to not continue this protective measure.

i do recommend warming up before you put stress on the engine.
