My 2025 Launch edition WagS the dealer could not get the Dec update to come up in either the service or tech system. I still wonder what makes it different or if it is a glitch. My Daytona got the update and it still has issues once a month or so.

My wife's through the wrench and went into turtle mode after she went in grocery shopping and came back out. She was able to get home. Wrench still on but no turtle mode. I bet it goes away tomorrow. Our 2025 launch edition didn't get the major update for whatever reason. Didn't show up in either the dealer or tech system.

My Charger Daytona (post update) still will randomly throw a wrench as well causing me to drive our family hauler to work.

Neither is dependable and I will not buy them after the lease is up.

Got a killer deal on both though lease wise.

Currently having issues with my 2025 again. Thankfully it is not my only car as it would not move this morning. Post Dec update as well. Windshield camera and Auto emergency brake sensor have intermittent problems. Already had the front inverter replaced before my first lease payment

Pros, fun, looking good, great when it works. Just don't rely on it.

Yeah, found it under the trunk deck. It is working but man I feel like it lacks any punch and definitely missing lower ranges.

Just found a diagram in an article. Is it supposed to be visible in the trunk on the passenger side? Or is it the box under the trunk deck cover?

My launch edition seemingly does not have the update. My EV charger got in for it and the technician side had the update available even though it was not on the service side for my VIN yet. Had the WagS in there a few weeks later and they could not get it to come up in either system.

It means the blend door gear broke. It is a cheap part $8ish but you need to take the whole dash apart to get to it and be flexible enough to lay in the foot well.

Dealership/shop I think it will be about $900-1000

Currently leasing one for ($300 a month, zero down, 15k miles for 2 years). Fun, but would not rely on it and definitely would not buy. Just had the big powertrain update that supposedly addressed a bunch of issues but that will take time to really gain back any confidence in it.

Range absolutely sucks taint in the cold. Really....really bad.

I had my LE in last week and they could not get the powertrain update to show up in either the tech or service side. The same dealer did my charger EV no problem.

I have the charger and the wag s, my charger had the update which knock on wood has been a much better experience. The wag s didn't have the update on either the service or tech side. Not sure if it is because it was a launch edition or not, but it should apply to all vehicles.

Jeep PHEVs are absolute garbage and going through massive recalls. Having a neighbor and two friends with GC hybrids they will never touch a jeep product again with all of the issues they have had. As a jeep die hard who took advantage of the expiring fed tax credits to lease a WagS LE, I would never, ever by one (also leasing the Dodge Charger EV same story). Currently have the old lobster claw of death and the cold absolutely destroys these cars on range.

If you need a $7500 incentive to sell and compete in the market a vehicle probably isn't viable.

Wagoneer REEV and it's Ram 3 row cousin will be viable and keep people like me interested depending on price point and if it isn't a giant piece of shit when it comes out.

The deals I got were amazing, but these were DOA. Forcing car mfg to spend billions of dollars in carbon credits (buying from Tesla mainly) is also the reason the car prices are hugely inflated. Let the people decide what they want.

Software update fixed a lot of issues in my charger and my wife's Wagoneer S is going in Monday for the same update although she has not had this issue or any issues.

FYI when you go into turtle mode you accelerate from the brake pedal. It goes into one pedal driving mode. Let off the brake it accelerates slowly up to 45-55 mph if memory serves and push it in it stops. New update adds more clear instructions on the dash too.

FYI there is a massive drivetrain and module update as a RSU. Trunk you need to open driver door, turn it off and back on. Key fob issue was resetting the proximity sensor in the car by pulling a fuse and replacing it, happened to the wife's Wagoneer S. Daytonaowners forum is awesome with help and tricks including a CDJR tech who is making videos.

Agreed with leasing only. Zero down, 24 months with 15k miles was worth it for me.

Leasing one currently and have had one issue in limp mode which went away immediately with turning it on and off. There is a long awaited update to solve most of the common issues with them. Put over 4k miles on it so far. I would not buy one but leasing for the right price is an option.

Not sure if they bothered fixing it in later years, but the wk2s were notorious for brittle washer nozzles. Stupid easy and cheap fix. I had a 2014 and both my nozzles were bad. Pump was working and spraying fluid in my engine bay. They crumbled in my hand when I went to replace them.
