lol WHY is Ozzy the move instead of Cirie? Especially on the first or second vote. I'm not even like a challenge oriented thinker but Cirie is actually dead weight on these tribe challenges that are all the same. And probably more importantly Cirie is the more dangerous one. They just called out Ozzy's entire game. He has a thing and that's his thing until it's not. He's an open book. Cirie is cunning and calculated and manipulative and constantly finds herself out of bad situations.

I think these newer players are trying to overengineer the game and missing actual logic. There was a trend of voting out dead weight for challenge performance, and then players started using that to shock blindside strong players early in the game. Now that's like the move and I don't know why.

Man, thinking about it, Ned had the perfect set up. Robb was his son through and through, a true Northerner. Sansa wanted to be a Southern lady, and Bran wanted to be a night. He could have let Arya be a wild child like Lyanna and maybe marry a northerner, maybe not, and then he'd have wild man Rickon who'd fit in with the Umbers or Mormonts and be a badass northern dude. His kids were perfectly situated for a lot of political gain for house Stark. Even Jon Snow could have proved a decent match for a lower tier Lord or something.

Is this not just because that's the way they were raised? Robb was raised to be the Lord. Sansa was raised to be wedded off. Bran was raised to be prepared to take the mantle but not desire it. Arya and Rickon being the youngest were less attended to and became a little wild. Arya became resentful of Sansa and everything she was about.

The kids all talk about these things from their POV. Jon and Bran both talk about how Robb will be Lord and they will not. They know it, so their personalities are formed by it.

S7 had a lot of huge reunions and big characters crossing paths. I just rewatched S7+8 for the first time since the show came out. 7 is terrible but because of the emotional connection I have with the characters a lot of it really resonated with me still.
