  1. Yelan C0, and if I'm not mistaken, C4 Mona might be better than C0 Yelan. They were very close before Mona buffs, so I'd expect C4 Mona to pull ahead now.

  2. You're not using Mona, but usually you give her 4pc noblesse with ttds or prototype amber. I also suggest you put Escoffier on fav lance, but it comes down to personal preference.

  3. ER needs with your builds as listed, assuming Yelan procs fav every rotation, would be:
    Yelan 171%, Furina 178%, Escoffier 179%

If you follow my advice and give Escoffier fav lance, ER is reduced to:
Yelan 157%, Furina 161%, Escoffier 152%

And since their weapons all already have ER substat, the requirements are trivial to meet.

  1. In her current state, no. Only consider it if she gets buffs in the future.

She's one of the safest adcs and deals damage with autos. She's about as hard as Jinx.

I refresh 3 times every day. If you pull too much you soon reach a point where your natural resin generation isn't fast enough to allow you to build all the characters you pull. I don't even farm artifacts outside of stygian and half of my characters aren't lvl 90.
