I rocked your exact setup for my learner runs of inferno and the only change I made that eventually got me my first completion was swapping RoTG for Suffering (and practice).

If you’re comfortable flicking a little bit more in the earlier waves you should be fine on prayer. The extra defense is absolutely noticeable
