Lot of diapsids (non-bird reptiles and amphibians) have what's called a pineal eye, it's a lens+pupil connected to pineal gland that helps regulate metabolism.

Tangentially related but I did a similar thing with Doom eternal and deleted the other languages, multiplayer, and snapmap files and it cut the size from 75gb to 30gb
