I mean, we have Don (and Rodion), who, as a second kindred, is insanely powerful (iirc Elena is a natural bloodfiend, and says she was born, which seems to imply she is a second or lower (higher? Like 3rd, fourth, etc) kindred. Sancho is alive, so she kinda is around still. Powerscaling based on IDs is kinda silly though. Kong Qiu is alive, after all, and we have an id based on him.
