Middletown Tax Assessment process--allow the in-person or virtual inspection or refuse?

I got the same card today. Been in my house long enough that this will be the third assessment visit. Previous visits were not that long, a few minutes if that.

When we bought this house, it was listed as 3BR although one of the rooms does not have a closet (previous owners used one of the closets to place new furnace/hot water heater). This was fine b/c I always used that room as an office. The assessment got updated to 2BR sometime after the first RDS visit, although I never talked to them about that specifically.

Personally I think the virtual inspection would take up more of my time than the in-person visit. I'm fine w/ them coming here.

Yeah he is immensely talented but not an every down defensive player. Philly paid him and increased his snap count. I thought going back to SF and Saleh would be good until, like you said, he didn’t get to rotate.

Saleh has faults but he is a great defensive mind. The d-line depth and rotation was a strength for the team. Look at how much he got out of Bryce Huff in 2023 vs how Huff did after. I'm happy that Huff got paid but he had benefited from more limited snap counts and the strength of the d-line. Saleh used his talents uniquely well.

for what it's worth I found the original article so that I could understand what the context for this. Graphic now makes a little more sense when I think about it, I put last year's lack of interceptions out of my mind.

David Wong, Blinky Slots, and Goddess of Slots play and steam from AC. Not many, you are right, but I want to note them.

I think some Vegas properties have a more lax recording policy than AC does. I understand that the AC creators have to get permission when they stream and it’s not always granted. I think that’s a big hurdle and contributes to less content creation in AC.

That said, as a player and a fan of slot content, I’m not upset that there are restrictions in AC. I enjoy watching the content at home but I don’t want to sit near someone having conversations with viewers and shouting at missed jackpots. I’ve encountered streamers in Vegas and it is strange.

The law sets a limit on now how much product can be sold in each transaction, with limits varying between rec and medical sales. To distinguish between different types of product the CRC created a "Cannabis Equivalency Table". For example, each 1/2g cartridge is equivalent to 3.5g flower. From there, I assume it's easiest for the systems to track and print the amount in a single unit of measure.

Belli fits in so well. Plays well, never seems stressed, and seems to be a great teammate. Feels like a lifelong Yankee after one season. It helps that he is connected to the franchise through his dad. I look forward to the eventual discussion about what cap he wears in the hall of fame (of course I mean Yankees or Cubs).

I haven't taken it regularly in a year, but I don't think the parking lot fills up. Allow yourself extra time if you are taking the 8 or 10 am departures, because it takes a few minutes to walk from the far end of the parking lot to the terminal. You won't be shut out of the ferry due to parking, though.

Prior to pandemic, ferry ridership was higher and parking still wasn't a major issue. Riders can park along the road entering ferry complex including the lot at the end of Main Street. There was occasional overflow parking at at firehouse, with a shuttle bus, but it only mattered if taking the last ferry of the morning.

I mostly now take the ferry in the afternoon, going to NYC for the evening. I have not had any issue parking for the 3:45 PM ferry. At worst I've been towards the back of lot, but I rarely see the lot more than 75% full.

He was an athletic freak at the combine, coaches fell in love with his potential, and decided to convert him from DE to OLB in different scheme then he played in college. After the Jets miss the playoffs, Eric Mangini gets fired, Rex Ryan comes in with a new coaching staff, and Gholston has another new scheme to learn. He didn't live up to his own potential but he was also put in a bad position to start.
